If the worker role doesn't have view or view/amend permission to the "context," only attachments with a document class or subclass with a context of 'B' will be displayed when accessing the document list from Person Summary. This check is only made when viewing documents on the Person Summary, so you might be able to add the document but then no longer view it when navigating away from the page.

To check the permissions of a role:

  1. Go to Tools, Configuration tools in the Mosaic menu.

  2. Select Permissions.

  3. Find the role to check and click on the icon in the Edit column.

  4. Go to the Person View tab.

  5. Type "context" in the search box.

  6. Check that the worker has View or View/amend permissions.

If you still can't see the document and don't get a notification about restricted documents, please raise a new case.
