Error:

This issue is happening because the primary activity is a restricted document type. The affected worker role doesn't have access to that document type, so they won't be able to resume the workstep.
First, you'll need to check the document category option. It must match the portal document setting that's configured within the mosaic portal front end. See screenshots.
To resolve the errors, a system admin needs to update the form's document type or amend the worker's roles, allowing them to resume and complete the portal work-step.
Check the settings within the admin tool for any restrictions. If restrictions are required, ensure you've set them up on the Mosaic front end. You can do that by following these steps:
Open admin tool.
Select the Reference Data tab.
Check the form ID in question, if Restricted is set to Yes or No.
