Authorisations tab empty on service element details screen

In this article, we explain why authorisation details may be missing for your element.

First, take a look at the recent purchase orders for this element to see if they were purchased at the same time others were cancelled or revoked.

If the new elements were for a shorter day period or lower cost, there wasn’t a cost increase to the provision, so Mosaic wouldn't require authorisation.

Since no authorisation was completed for the new elements, there’s nothing to show in the Authorisation Tab.

If this isn’t the case and you still can’t see any authorisation details, please raise new case online and reference the title of this article with the following:

  • Provide a fully redacted screenshot of the Authorisations tab.

  • Provide a full screenshot of the Summary tab from the Service element details screen on the care package screens.

  • Include the Person ID and element type being purchased.

  • Provide a redacted screenshot of the Purchase order, showing the number and link on the Summary tab if available.
