This is not a Mosaic issue but a known bug in Microsoft Edge Version 120.0.2210.61. Although this isn't a Mosaic fault there are some suggested workarounds on the Microsoft website summarised below,
The download starts but doesn't complete.
For case notes, it may be possible to workaround this by selecting 'Microsoft Print to PDF' from the print menu rather than 'Save as PDF'. If this doesn't work, locate the file in the downloads directory (or similar) copy and paste into the same location and then attempt to open the copied file.
For forms, it may be possible to workaround this by copying the crdownload file in the downloads folder and replacing the .crdownload extension with .pdf.
