Portal Forms not submitting with Mosaic

In this article, we look at an issue where forms completed in Portal are not coming through to Mosaic as expected.

Please ensure that this is only a copy of live Mosaic to a non-live Mosaic you can complete this without raising a case with us. Follow each section through in order.

Match the passwords

The passwords entered in Web API need to match those in Mosaic Portal so may need to be manually entered again. Password in Mosaic can be found by the following steps:

  1. Go to Tools, Configuration tools, Interfaces, Web API client registration

  2. Click the pencil button for the finestra/portal usernames you have set up for the following:

    • Anon.

    • Citizen.

    • Professional.

    • Admin.

Match test user IDs

Any test users created in the portal will need their IDs to match therefore, please check these in Mosaic and match them. This screenshot example shows the IDs that have to match:
