Form lists do not come through to the Mosaic Portal

In this article, we explain why a form may not appear in the Mosaic Test Portal after updating the forms list.

If you are starting a new form or updating an existing one from Mosaic and it doesn’t appear in the portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify the Portal secrets stored in Mosaic.

  2. Confirm the form in Mosaic and ensure you’ve set the required permissions within Mosaic.

  3. Check if all form Categories have been mapped.

  4. Provide the name of the form as it is displayed in both Mosaic and the portal.

Then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article,

📌 Note: For none hosted councils, please provide the mo_form.
