Forms are not rendering in Mosaic Portal for professional users

In this article, we explain why forms may not render for professional users when acting as citizen users in Mosaic.

If you're having issues with forms not rendering, follow these steps:

  1. Click Tools.

  2. On the drop-down, select configuration tools.

  3. Click permissions then in the search bar, search for portal.

  4. Click Edit then click person view.

  5. Check and amend what users can see as needed.

  6. Click Save, then click the cross icon to close the screen.

  7. To save your changes, click Yes.

After you sign out and back in, these permissions apply.
