When searching for Carer vacancies with the Care type dropdown set to Any, there is a defect in Mosaic where it will only search the first care type it finds for a carer. If that care type has no vacancies, the carer is not returned as available.
The workaround is to ensure that a Care type is selected when running this search, so that Mosaic is only searching for that specific care type, which should then return the vacancies.
