When searching for carer vacancies with the Care Type dropdown set to Any, a known issue in Mosaic means the search only checks the first care type it finds for a carer. If that care type has no vacancies, the carer will not be returned as available, even if vacancies exist under other care types.
Workaround
To return accurate vacancy results, select a specific care type when running the search rather than using the Any option.
Open the carer vacancy search.
In the Care Type dropdown, select a specific care type instead of Any.
Run the search.
Mosaic will return vacancies for that care type only.
⚠️Important: Until this issue is resolved, avoid using the Any option in the Care Type dropdown, as it may produce incomplete results.
