Carer vacancies not returned when carer has future unavailability

In this article, we explain why a carer may not appear in search results or be available for placement purchase.

If a carer has future periods of unavailability, they will only be returned in the search if those periods do not fall within the time period searched for the placement.

If no End date is added when searching, future periods of unavailability may cause the carer to not be returned in the available results. Add an end date and ensure the start date is correct when searching for a carer to ensure that only the period between the start and end date is included.

Prior to Mosaic 21.1

In versions of Mosaic prior to 21.1, the end date is not available when using the Carer vacancy search from the people menu but is available when searching for a carer through the purchase screens.
