Customers upgrading to Mosaic 22.2.0.0
All customers upgrading to Mosaic 22.2.0.0 should review the below prior to upgrade for testing.
⚠️ Warning: Mosaic 22.2.0.0 should not be deployed in live but can be tested with the understanding of the below issues.
These will be fixed in Mosaic 22.2.1.0. Customers should go ahead with UAT testing with 22.2.0.0 as there is plenty to test there but take and test 22.2.1.0 prior to going live with it.
Issue
As a result of some technical upgrades, some of the checkboxes in Mosaic are not working in specific scenarios and screens as detailed below. This issue will be fixed in Mosaic 22.2.1.0 which is due for release in late April.
Any checkboxes already checked prior to upgrade to 22.2.0.0 will continue to apply without change.
Any checkboxes that were checked prior to upgrade and are unchecked will also update with no problem.
The issue only occurs if you go to an affected screen (see below) and the checkbox is not checked. If you then attempt to tick it and save it will not persist. Although it may appear to save, if you re-visit the screen, the checkbox will be unchecked, and the database will not have been updated.
