From Mosaic 26.2, you can share quick feedback directly on screen using Feature Sentiment. This is a new feedback tool that lets you rate your experience on a specific screen as you use it, with a thumbs up or down, a star rating, or a written comment.

Where you'll see Feature Sentiment

You can share feedback on the following screens:

  • Case Notes on the Person Summary screen.

  • Case Notes on the Group Summary screen.

  • Consent, on both the list view and the add or amend screen, on Person Summary.

  • File Retention, under File Management on Person Summary.

  • Events, on the New Event screen and its Sessions, from the Events menu.

  • Carer Vacancies and its related screens, from the People menu.

  • Visits, on the Complete Visit screen, on Person Summary.

  • Meetings, covering New Meeting and History, from the Meetings menu.

  • Case History, on the Person Summary screen.

  • Care Leavers, on both the list view and the add screen, on Person Summary.

  • Carer Data, on an adult's Person Summary.

  • Personal Relationships, on the Person Summary screen.

  • Personal Relationships, on the Group Summary screen.

  • Bulk Delete, in Config Tools.

  • CP Enquiry, on the Person Summary screen.

  • Restrictions, on the Person Summary screen.

  • Looked After, on the Person Summary screen.

  • CP History, available from Person Summary and from the People menu search results.

What to expect

You'll usually see the feedback option in the bottom-left of the screen, with a background so it stands out from the rest of the page. It won't overlap your Save or Cancel buttons, and you can dismiss it easily.

On screens with tabs, the feedback option stays in place as you move between tabs. On screens that open in a pop-up window, it appears within the pop-up itself.

📌 Note: Some other areas of Mosaic collect background usage data only, without a visible feedback option on screen. These aren't part of this feature.
