You may find that badges on registers are not deleting correctly. You can use the following workaround to successfully delete a badge. If other badge changes, such as adding badges, are also not saving correctly, follow these steps to resolve this too.

Delete a badge from a register
To delete a badge from a register, follow the steps below:
Go to the register, then click Edit.
Click Edit badge.
Click Delete badge, then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Do not click Save.
Click the cross for the badge, then click No when prompted to save.
Click the cross for the register, then click Yes when prompted to save.
The badge is now deleted.
