Unable to create register type in Admin Tool

This issue can occur when creating a new register type in the Mosaic Admin Tool and clicking OK doesn’t save it as expected.

As a workaround, you can create the register type in two stages:

  1. First, add the new register with the description, context, and categories (if needed). These fields can’t be changed after saving.

  2. Save the register type.

  3. Then, go back and edit the register to add any required sub-categories and end reasons.
