The team work view extends the standard work view with additional panels that show work across your team hierarchy. You can drill down to see individual team members' workloads, view summary statistics, and perform bulk operations.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: The team work view is only available to workers with a leading role. If you do not see the team toggle icon, your role does not include this feature.

Switch to the team work view

Click the toggle icon in the work view header to switch between your individual work view and the team work view.

Navigate the team structure

You can drill down through your team hierarchy to see work for specific team members or sub-teams.

  1. Use the team structure menu to navigate through your hierarchy.

  2. Select a team member or sub-team to see their work items.

๐Ÿค“Tip: A breadcrumb trail shows where you are in the hierarchy. Click any breadcrumb to navigate back up.

Team summary

The team summary panel shows workload statistics for each team member:

  • Number of allocations.

  • Workload (displayed as colour-coded bars).

  • Status breakdown (overdue, due soon, and future counts).
    โ€‹
You can sort the summary by worker name, allocations, workload, or status. Click a worker's name to switch to their individual work view.

Bulk assign and allocate

In wide view, you can use bulk operations to manage work across the team:

  • Bulk Assign - reassign multiple work items to a different worker at once.

  • Bulk Allocate - reallocate multiple cases at once.

These buttons appear in the work view header when wide view is active.

Act on behalf of another worker

If you have the Can Act For permission, you can view and manage another worker's caseload.

  1. Click the Can Act For icon in the work view header.

  2. Select the worker you want to act for from the list.

  3. The work view reloads showing the selected worker's allocations and current work.

โš ๏ธImportant: When acting on behalf of another worker, any actions you take are performed in their name. Make sure you have the appropriate authority.
