Manager’s Team Workview doesn't display all work assigned to a worker

In this article, we explain why a manager’s Team Workview might not show all work assigned to a worker.

This is usually due to the work being assigned before the start date of the worker role in the current team.

The previous manager can re-assign work using the bulk re-assign option.

The worker can also reassign but can only use bulk assign for work opened while they were in their current team.

Customers may wish to raise a New Feature on AHA too for the bulk assign option to be available where work was created by the worker in their previous team.
