When you log in to Mosaic the Workview is displayed and enables you to organise your work in many ways.
The ability to bulk assign work is only visible when in Full Workview.

๐ Note: If you have a leading Role, the Team work view enables you to view work assigned to your team.
Click the show teamwork workview icon
to display work and requests assigned to your team. Click the drop-down arrow to view the menu.
Click on Team members to display and select a worker in your team.
Click on Former team members, to display and select a former team member who may have outstanding work that needs to be reassigned.
Click the show individual workview icon
to display your work.
Some or all of the work in Current Work for a worker or team can be bulk assigned by clicking the Bulk Assign button on the Current Work header. This will display all current work.
Select individual items to assign by selecting the adjacent check box or select all items by selecting the check box in the header.
Select a team worker from the drop-down list or select a sub-team worker to assign the work to by selecting the Show workers in sub-teams check box alternatively, click the Find button to search for and select a worker to which to assign the work, or a different team.
Once you have selected a worker or team (organisation), the Preview Assign button is enabled.
Click Preview Assign to show on screen the selected items that can be reassigned if appropriate.
You can add an optional note for the worker or team receiving the reassigned work in the free text note field.
Click Assign to complete the reassignment or click Cancel to close the dialog without reassigning the work items.
๐ Note: It may not be possible to reassign some items, for example, if a record is restricted. In this scenario, the reason will be visible in the Block Reason column. All other selected items will be reassigned.
