โš ๏ธImportant: The Scheduled date is designed to tell a worker when 'they' need to do the work by. It is not meant to be the due date of the work itself. It would always be amended when a work step is reassigned, as it is not possible for the worker to do the work by a past date.

We would recommend that where you need due dates to show on pieces of work you use the due dates functionality also available in Mosaic which is specifically designed to do this based on form answers or dates of previous pieces of work.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: We don't recommend this is used for all work steps, but is very useful for those with statutory timescales for example.
