If you can't complete a step because the validation box is preventing it, check the Care Package tab. You'll likely see a service that looks like it's being changed (it might have a Change Type of Amended), but none of its elements have a status of New. You’ll also spot this in the Proposed Service Changes widget on the step summary screen.
You’ll see the abandon changes icon next to that service, this means Mosaic has registered a proposed change, even though none of the elements have actually changed. That icon is your visual cue.
To fix this, click to edit the service and make a small amendment to one of its elements. Mosaic will then register that a change has occurred, and the element will show a new Change Type. After that, your step should pass validation, and you’ll be able to complete it. Alternatively, you can abandon the changes, and the service will revert to its Current state.
Try this in a test instance first to be safe.
📌Note: you might think the issue is with a current service that hasn’t been changed in this step, like one in a Current state. But that service was carried over from a previous step. Since it wasn’t added or amended here, Mosaic doesn’t see it as changed, and that’s fine it’s just continuing as before.
Mosaic only gets particular when there’s a service change without any element changes. If you're still having trouble, please raise a new case
