Even if you’ve set up up-to-date calendars in the Admin Tool, the system might still think the current financial year is in the past. This happens when the finance_control table hasn’t been updated.

For example, you might have calendars set up for 2026–27, but the finance_control table still shows 2022–23 as the current year. When that happens, the system won’t look for rates outside of the years it believes are current.

Each year, customers need to complete the Roll Cost Forward process to update the finance_control table and align the current financial year with the actual calendar. This step is essential to ensure the system recognizes the correct year.

Once you’ve run the Roll Cost Forward process, check your service again you should see the correct data appear.
