There may be a number of reasons why an interface file is not loading into your corporate system.
There could be an issue with:
The bespoke spec for the interface that needs remedying.
The configuration of your Cycle Type, or Services.
The name of the file produced for and sent to you.
Where a file is being produced to the original interface specification, then the issue may need resolving on your corporate system or otherwise require a change request to the interface to be made to Access which would be chargeable in most cases.
