Error: 'An unexpected error has occurred' when adding or finding an invoice

Error:
'An unexpected error has occurred. Please check your last transaction as it may not have completed correctly. The error has been logged. Please contact your support team providing the details of the action taken immediately prior to this error.'

This issue is resolved from Mosaic version 22.2 with appropriate error messages to inform you of the problem.

This issue occurs when inputs are made into fields where the data is either non-existent within Mosaic or not configured fully within Mosaic.

If you're experiencing this, please check in the Admin Tool against the particular Organisation if for the given Service Type and Element Type that there is a Payment Cycle Type mapped to those.

Otherwise, there could be an incorrect PO Number, Person Name or ID, Organisation Name or ID that you're trying to search against.

If none of these scenarios are occurring, then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
