To ensure accurate record matching, Mosaic won’t upload individuals without an NHS number. That’s because the NHS requires an NHS number to match records in Mosaic effectively.
If you're getting this error, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, and provide the following information:
When did this first start?
Have you contacted NHS digital?
Has there been a recent upgrade or work completed in Mosaic, SFTP server, MESH client?
Are there any duplicate, invalid, or missing NHS number errors that could be causing the upload to fail?
The CPIS NHS scripts are in the equivalent folder to this for each release and should be run to check for data quality issues:
