Changes that can be made
We can make changes to the Title, Header, or Logo. This requires updating a system property, which we can do for you. Please raise a new case online and reference this article’s title.

Billing Advice.
Remittance Advice.
Purchase Orders.
Once you’ve raised your case, we can test the changes to make sure you’re happy with the results.
The wrong address is appearing on an output
The address on the top right-hand side of a remittance advice or billing advice is the address of the person who is generating the remittance advice. In other words, the person who is clicking the Generate Remittance Advice or Generate Billing Cycle button.
For the same Cycle ID, you could test this by clicking the button yourself the PDF will show your address. Then, for the same Cycle ID, act on behalf of someone with a different address and click the button again the PDF will show that person’s address.
The advice is to update your workers’ team address, as they’ve likely moved to a new location.
The exception is if you’ve had bespoke work to hardcode this. In that case, do you have a reference for where it was done? If you can provide it when raising a case, we can trace it before checking with the relevant teams.
