📌Note: To access the guide, you'll be redirected to the Access Portal.

If you've tried sending a Remittance Advice (RA) and it failed, you'll find the relevant documentation in the Finance configuration user guides.

Take a look at page 108 (section 12.3.2 Usage) of the Using Mosaic Finance attached guide, you’ll find the relevant guidance:

"Once set up, run Payment Cycles in the normal way and generate the RAs on completion. On the Payee Totals, you will see whether the RA has been sent, emailed, or failed for each provider.
If any fail the first time, they can be rerun from the icon. Until successfully run, the RA will come out as a first print. If rerun after it has been emailed, it will come out as a reprint."

To resend failed RAs, go to Payee Totals on the cycle and click to resend them. If they don't show as failed but you still want to resend them, Mosaic will mark the output with a ‘Reprint’ watermark.

In that case, you'll need a script from us to move those specific payees who haven't received a fresh RA back into a Pending state. That way, when you click Generate Remittance Advice again on the Payment Cycle summary screen, Mosaic will only regenerate the ones we've reset to Pending.

We won’t resend any RAs unless you specifically ask us to reset them. If you need us to provide the script to do that, please note it may come with a charge. We’ll also need a complete list of payee IDs from that cycle so we can target the right ones. Please raise a new case if you need help with this.
