If an interface exported from Mosaic contains incorrect data and your third-party system won’t accept it, Access will likely need to investigate.

Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article providing the following information:

  • File Name.

  • File Date.

  • Type of data in file, such as AR or AP.

  • Any ID number that the file relates to, such as the Payment Cycle ID(s).

  • What error you are being given or what is not correct. Please be as specific as you can so we can identify the issue quickly.

⚠️Important: Please don’t attach the file to the case if it contains any personally identifiable information. If you’re hosted, we can access the file from your hosted servers. If you’re not hosted by us, we’ll provide a secure way to send any files we need or connect remotely to view them.

The most common cause of errors is data-related, like unexpected characters in fields or data exceeding the expected length. In these cases, we’ll re-extract the file once the data is fixed. If the fix requires a development change, we’ll schedule it and aim to provide a workaround while it’s in progress.
