To get a service to show when you click the Generate Contribution button, you'll need to make sure the service type–element type pairing is added to the charging regime and that they're a key element.
If that's already in place, check that you haven't used the same service type–element type pairing in two different charging regimes, because that'll confuse the system.
You can work around this by re-using element types, but you need to put them in different service types. Basically, you can make two service types that hold the same element type, so each service type can be linked to its own charging regime.
