Portal v3.1.5 comms testing update bugs and errors

In this article, we note that testing the Mosaic Portal 3.1.5 upgrade revealed bugs that may affect functionality.

We recently tested the Mosaic portal 3.1.5 upgrade on Oct 8th, 2024, and identified the following bugs. If you encounter any of these or additional bugs, please raise a case and we'll prioritize it for fixing.

Downloads are currently working, but they're downloading internally in the portal. We're working with PPL on how to retrieve them.

With PPL development

Check box not pulling from portal

If your form has a tick box followed by a text field, the data in the tick box doesn't pull through to Mosaic, but the text does. Please make sure to tick the required check boxes.

Bug

Forms not publishing

Forms from the portal aren't coming through to Mosaic. Please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant in your MyAccess portal with a screenshot for us to review.

Bug

Unable to save new form with tick boxes

If a new form from Mosaic to the portal has multiple check boxes, you won't be able to save any edits in the portal and therefore can't publish the form.
