We recently tested the Mosaic portal 3.1.5 upgrade on Oct 8th, 2024, and identified the following bugs. If you encounter any of these or additional bugs, please raise a case and we'll prioritize it for fixing.

Check box not pulling from portal | If your form has a tick box followed by a text field, the data in the tick box doesn't pull through to Mosaic, but the text does. Please make sure to tick the required check boxes. | Bug |
Forms not publishing | Forms from the portal aren't coming through to Mosaic. Please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant in your MyAccess portal with a screenshot for us to review. | Bug |
Unable to save new form with tick boxes | If a new form from Mosaic to the portal has multiple check boxes, you won't be able to save any edits in the portal and therefore can't publish the form. | Bug |
