Portal client secret updates

In this article, we highlight a post-upgrade issue where the Mosaic Portal no longer syncs forms with Mosaic.

If you've recently upgraded, ensure that you've also updated your passwords. To do this, follow the format below:
Your password should be between 32 and 64 characters and can only include a-z, A-Z, 0-9, $, !, % * ? _ or . characters.

After you update your password in the live environment, please inform us so we can notify PPL (People Places Lives) to make the necessary amendments on their side.

If you've performed a copy from live to test, enter the old Mosaic password, which should work again.
