Portal report for submitted forms

In this article, we explain how to check the status of Portal forms sent to Mosaic.

You're expected to regularly review the Forms Results screen to check if any errors have been reported between the Portal and Mosaic during a form submission.

There's a daily email report that you can request to provide the same information for production Portal deployments.

The report is issued daily but detail submissions for the past 7 days. The report is typically generated at 6am.

To request the daily report please raise a new case specifying the email address to use. Please note, only one email per customer Portal deployment is possible, we suggest sites provide a generic email address with recipients.
