We're aware of a bug causing an issue stopping the ability to scroll on external configuration screen.
You can replicate this by the following steps:
Create or identify a workstep with a large number of next actions, for example, Child and Family Assessment.
Go to Tools, Config Tools, Workflow steps.
Select the step above and go to External system configuration.
The screen will go off the bottom of the window but the scroll bar does not allow you to scroll to access it.
We currently have a workaround to this by reducing the zoom to access the bottom of the screen.
