The child protection history is printed using a Mosaic form. In order for this to work, the form must be mapped to the relevant report filter.

In some cases, it appears that this mapping is missing, so the print does not work. No error is shown in Mosaic, there simply appears to be nothing happening when clicking on print.

In order to resolve this, the report mapping should be re-added in the Admin Tool. System administrators should:

  1. Log in to the relevant Admin Tool.

  2. Go to the Mappings menu.

  3. Select Filters.

  4. Select from the list CP History Details Print Form.

  5. Select Amend.

  6. In the Available values box, select Child Protection History Details and click on the arrow to move it to Values used in filter.

  7. Select OK.

The instance will require a restart for this change to take effect.
