CIN Plans are duplicated in the DM_CIN_PLANS table

This is fixed from Mosaic Reports 22.1.0.0

When there are multiple referrals within a workflow, where one or more lead to a Child in Need (CIN) plan that populates into DM_CIN_PLANS, the referral and CIN plan become duplicated.

An issue has also been identified where customers are using separate workflow steps to record contacts and referrals, the CIN Plan is being duplicated i.e. the Contact step is being included as a referral workflow step incorrectly.
