Error when I uplift a rate period

Error:

'STEP: update rate susp; p_db_message: Update_Rates_susp: Step: Cancel Suspensions at older rate:p_cancel_suspension_variations:(23) 100 ORA-01403: no data found'

Only Oracle customers experience this issue because the element suspensions table contains user accounts in lower case, but other parts of the code base require them to be in upper case to interact with the table.
We can resolve this with a script fix.

Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article with a screenshot that includes the below information:

  • The element supplier's screen.

  • The rate change period window for the element.

  • The rate window for that specific rate period, and the ‘View Full Message’ of the error.
