You might notice that when you go to an element type or an Element Supplier in the Admin Tool and click to view Rates, a few rate periods don't have end dates when they should. Clicking to view each of these discrepant rate periods shows that the rate period is 'APPLIED'.
For instances with multiple rates like this, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. If available, please provide if available the following information:
