You may have this failure if:
The table has at least one row containing an answer in a column that is being removed.
And both old and new collections use prepopulation.
The error is caused due to Mosaic attempting to delete old answer rows without deleting all the answers first.
This has been confirmed as a bug, but the fix version has not been assigned yet.
