Error: ​TooManyResultsException: Expected one result (or null) to be returned by selectOne(), but found: 2 ​gdprconsent.dao.ConsentStatusDAOImpl$AjcClosure19.run(ConsentStatusDAOIm ​pl.java:1)

This is due to duplicate GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) consent statuses, one cause of this is a known bug around the person merge which was fixed in Mosaic 21.1.0.0 (release notes reference CORM-18028).

This issue may also be related to users logging in twice from separate browsers, which is not supported by Mosaic. ​ We have also seen similar errors where the person has not been involved in a merge. ​ If you encounter this issue, please <a href="https://access-support.force.com/Support/s/createcase" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">raise a case</a> and reference the title of this article.
