Subjects repeating subsection not pre-populating in form

When a Mosaic form is configured with a Subjects Repeating Subsection or Repeating Subsection and contains only a table as the only element within the subsection, pre-population of that table will not work.

This is a recently reported bug but has been an issue in Mosaic for a long time, it should only affect this specific circumstance.

To workaround this, adding another prepopulated element outside of the table will allow the pre-population to work. This can can be achieved by adding a text field with fixed value in the calculation tab.
