The update assignment code has been identified as being inefficient and a change to optimise will be included from Mosaic version 24.1.0.0.
When a worker clicks on the bulk assign button and the popup is opened mosaic sends two requests.
The first is to get the members of the worker’s direct team, and the second is to get the members of any subteams. This second request is causing a performance impact where there are a large number of subteams and associated workers.
The request to retrieve the subteams should only be carried out where the Show workers in sub-teams' checkbox is selected on the Update assignment screen.
