Error:

'Ending group membership has been prevented because:- This person is a subject of one or more saved group case notes. You must finish all active group work for the subject before ending group membership.'

This bug has been fixed in Mosaic 22.1.0.0. Previously, if someone was part of a group case note that timed out and was then deleted, you couldn’t remove them from the group. That’s no longer an issue.

The fix ensures that deleted case notes especially those that timed out before completion no longer block member removal. Since front-end users can’t view or edit deleted notes anyway, the system now correctly allows group updates without being held up by those records.
