There are two ways to remove a group member:
First way:
Check if the subject has been mistakenly added to the group.
Ensure that the subject has no records against them in the group, such as workflow, case notes, notes, or documents.
If the above conditions are met, users with the DELETEGRPMEMBER system function permission will notice a black cross next to the subject’s name in the group.
Use the black cross to remove the subject from the group.
After removal, the subject will disappear from the group history and will no longer be a part of the group.
Second way:
Locate the red square next to the name of the group member you want to remove.
Click on the red square to request the end of the group member.
The system will then perform a series of checks to confirm that the person has no current activity within the group. This includes unfinished case notes and ongoing group workflow.
If there is no active work recorded for that person within the group, you can proceed to end their group membership.
If you start a group workflow and then divide it into different workflows for different group members, all branches continue as part of the group workflow. Even if a group member doesn’t share any workflow with other members, any workflow that originated within the group or was recorded against them individually from within the group screen still counts as active group workflow.
You cannot end this person’s group membership until you terminate this workflow and initiate any new workflow outside of the group.
