Unable to type in the admin tool

If your keyboard isn't working in the Admin Tool, you can fix it using the Filter Keys prompt:

  1. Hold down the right-hand Shift key for eight seconds.

  2. When the Filter Keys prompt appears, click No.

  3. You should now be able to use your keyboard as normal.
