Error:
'Personal relationships cannot be added in the Admin Tool'
When attempting to add a new relationship type in Reference data - Personal relationships in Mosaic versions 20.1 and beyond, an error message appears:
'Database Access Error -214721900 ORA-00947: not enough values Error occurred in database procedure InsertRelationshipType:INSERT INTO mo_relationship_types 3'
This is due to be resolved in Mosaic 22.2. If you need to add new personal relationship types in the meantime, please raise a new case online with details of the relationships you need to add as well as the reciprocal relationship.
