Error:
‘Cannot alter the user 'xxx', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.’
If you're getting this error; it might mean the user's profile isn't fully set up.
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article providing the following details:
User's name.
User ID.
Whether the user should have database access.
The environment for the user ID MOSPROD, MOSDEV, MOSREP.
