We have discovered a data load issue that can affect some Mosaic customers. This can happen where there are duplicate Relationship IDs in Mosaic which were created prior to Mosaic version 5.16.
The issue can cause incorrect Relationship attributes to be displayed on the Person Summary screen.
This may also result in the wrong financial representative being selected for a client where the Financial Assessment Batch Uplift Results report has been used to identify contacts.
If you have used this report as a mail merge to write to all your clients and their financial representatives, there is a minor chance of a letter being sent to the wrong recipient.
⚠️Important: Please do not use this report for mail merge until we have resolved the issue.
Access will be checking all hosted customer databases. We will inform each site of our findings.
On premise customers please run the following SQL and if it returns any results, log a new case and reference the title of this article.

Please include in the case description the number of results the query returned.
