A person’s context is only re‑evaluated when the Date of Birth or age is updated. It does not update automatically.
Mosaic is not designed to automatically change a person’s context (for example, from Child to Adult) when they reach a certain birthday, nor is there any background or scheduled process that performs this update.
The context is recalculated only when the Person Details section is edited and saved. No changes to the fields are required simply saving the record triggers Mosaic to recalculate the person’s age and update the context if applicable.
To update the context, please try the following:
Open the person’s record.
Click Edit on the Person Details section.
Click Save.
If the context still does not update after saving, Please raise a case and we will advise further.
