View the person summary
You can view a complete overview of a person's information on their person summary page in Mosaic.
The person summary page brings together all the key information about a person in one place. It shows their personal details, relationships, addresses, legal status, group memberships, and more. What you can see on the summary depends on your permissions Γ’β¬β if you do not have access to a particular area, that information is simply not shown rather than displaying an error.
What the person summary shows
The person summary page can include the following information, depending on your permissions and what has been recorded:
Identity | Mosaic ID, legacy ID, display name, registered name, title. |
Demographics | Gender, gender identity, pronouns, date of birth, date of death, whether the person is unborn, and whether the age is estimated. |
Context | Whether the person is classified as a Child or Adult. |
Addresses | Display address and contact address. |
Worker relationships | The professionals currently assigned to the person, including their GP. |
Personal relationships | Family and other personal connections |
Organisation relationships | Linked organisations such as schools, care providers, and employers. |
Group memberships | Any groups the person belongs to. |
Legal status | Current legal status including Looked After Child status where applicable. |
Case status | Whether the person's case is currently open or closed. |
Scheduled appointments | Upcoming scheduled activities. |
Employment status | If recorded. |
Communication preferences | Preferred method of communication. |
Consent status | GDPR consent information. |
External system data | Information from linked external systems where configured. |
πNote: If a section is missing from a person's summary, it may be because no data has been recorded in that area, or because your role does not have permission to view it.
Restricted person records
If a person record is restricted, the summary page respects the restriction. You will only see the information you have permission to view. For more detail, see Understand restricted person records.
