Setting up new Service User Groups

If your site adds a new service user group to a record, and it’s the only one that hasn’t been linked to a supplier, you won’t see a supplier come through in purchasing until you make that link.

So, in that case we recommend linking all your service user groups to the correct suppliers where you want that relationship to apply. It might take a bit of effort, so start with your main ones, like internal services, and then focus on the others.

If you don’t want to do that, and the new service user groups are just for reporting, then the person you're purchasing a provision for will still need a service user group. If it's one of the older records and already has a group attached (even if it's not the primary), that's fine.
