Current workers don't have permissions to access a step

In this article, we address an issue where portal forms fail to reach Mosaic due to a permissions error on the current worker.

If you’re current workers aren’t able to access a step, it may be that they’re not linked to a form. To link a form in Mosaic to the Portal, place it within a workflow step in Mosaic. Then:

  1. Open Step definition editor.

  2. Go to External System configuration then click Portal.

  3. Check the Available box.
