Minus values not showing on the Excel export file from a payment cycle

This issue is a known issue and is fixed in Mosaic 22.1 which you will be able to see in the release notes for that version.

Customers who have affected versions will need to upgrade to Mosaic 22.1, and prior to that users will need to be aware that this is the case and manually amend the values accordingly within the spreadsheet.
