The old URIs have changed, and that’s why this is happening. Here’s how you can check the codes in use:
Open the Admin tool GP Surgery or Practice.
Select General Codes.
Select Description Organisation Types.
You’ll see the GPS code.
You need to set up the surgery added with an Organisational Relationship to the person as an Organisation type of GP Surgery / Practice. The GP Surgery Organisation type filter in Report Filter Mappings in the Admin Tool maps to GP Surgery.
The following URI pulls through the GP surgery for each child in that table as it’s built:
subjects://subject/person/organisationRelationships/gpSurgeries/gpSurgery/nameAndAddress?groupBy=subject/person
However, mosaic allows more than one GP surgery to be linked to a person's record and that will only pull through one of them into the table. If you wanted to show all GP surgeries for each person in the group, then you would need a table inside a subject's repeating subsection and a URI like this:
subjects://subject/person/organisationRelationships/gpSurgeries/gpSurgery/nameAndAddress?groupBy=subject/person&secondaryGroupBy=organisationRelationships/gpSurgeries/gpSurgery
